Warranty - general conditions
1. Warranty Purpose
The purpose covers only manufacturing and material defects.
2. Warranty Period
2.1
As stated by manufacturer, commencing on the installation date or 3 months from Hunt Heating invoice date, whichever is earlier. Replacement or repair of any part during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period.
3. Warranty Limitations
3.1
The warranty is limited to the replacement, or repair, of parts or components accepted as faulty by Hunt Heating. This limitation excludes any consequential loss payments, even in the case of damages caused to persons and/or property and does not include travelling time.
3.2
The warranty is only applicable if all installations and repairs are carried out by a qualified technician.
3.3
The warranty does not cover labour costs nor expenses which will be charged to the customer.
